The New Brighton project is setting special work party this Saturday, Nov 9th at a new once only start time of 1 pm, going to 3 pm. We will return to the regular time of Noon to 2 pm for the following day Sunday, Nov 10th for the 2nd work party of the weekend.

 

The reason of course is that we have a good number of VPB native perennial flowers and shrubs left to plant and winter is coming. The weather looks wet but it is a chance for everyone to check the condition of their rain gear before the onslaught of the rainy season.

 

So come and join us Saturday or Sunday or both for a soulrestoring endeavour. Many of the native perennial flowers we are putting in are new and should enhance the park with not only more diverse pollen sources but some lovely new colours.
