Elevation gain 300m, distance 7km return, difficulty C6. This is a lovely walk with many views of the Gulf Islands. We can see many local birds and plants. The ferry to Sturdies Bay leaves from Tsawwassen terminal at 9:30am (ticket sales end 10 min before departure). We will meet in the waiting lounge for the ferry. The return ferry is at 4:50pm. Please wear comfortable walking shoes, dress for the weather, bring lunch/snacks and plenty of water. Please note, there are no toilet or garbage facilities on Mt Galiano, so pack out what you bring in.

The #620 bus leaves Bridgeport Station and goes express to the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. There is parking at the terminal but it is expensive and may be crowded on a weekend.
