Sonya Richmond and Sean Morton will share photos and stories about the birds they have encountered during the first half of their epic hike along the 28 000 km Trans Canada Trail.

In 2019, Sonya and Sean sold their house, donated their possessions, and suspended their careers to hike the 28,000 km Trans Canada Trail and share Canada with Canadians. The goal being to encourage youth to be Citizen Scientists.  Since 2019 they have hiked more than 14 000 km and will update us on their adventures before they head to the Arctic this summer to continue their journey.  Before heading to the Arctic, they will lead a birding trip in PEI on the Camino de la Isla.

3 years ago on April 2 2023 Sonya and Sean did the second Nature Vancouver online presentation.  Welcome back!
