Strenuous hike to Elk Mountain for fall colours and maybe a few fungi. This is a steep and strenuous hike with some rough sections and likelihood of mud and maybe early snow. Good footwear and wet weather gear are essential. Pre-register with Bill Kinkaid <billkinkaid@gmail.com>.
