Black Bears and You
Black bears are around us. Learn what to do if you meet a black bear in urban environments and in the wild. Also learn about Cougars, bobcats and coyotes patterns in urban areas and how to handle encounters. Lucia Cadman is Assistant education Coordinator of the North Shore Black Bear Society.
This event takes place inside the exhibition Wild Things: The Power of Nature in Our Lives at the Museum of Vancouver. The event is free with admission to the Museum.
One of many weekly events in the exhibition Wild Things: The Power of Nature in Our Lives which is co-produced by Nature Vancouver and the Museum of Vancouver. This exhibition opens June 28, 2018 and runs until December 2019. It is one of many celebrations of Nature Vancouver’s centenary.
