Whytecliffe Park Beach Exploration
Whytecliffe Park Beach Exploration – June 1, 12 noon to 3 PM. Whytcliffe Park is a popular park & scuba diving location in West Vancouver. At a low tide, it is possible to walk onto White Islet, allowing exploration of the intertidal zone along the “bridge” and the shores of the islet. Dress appropriately for the weather – sunscreen and hat, jacket & possible rain gear. Wear shoes or boots that can get wet, with gripping soles. Wear polarizing sunglasses if possible, for best views through the water. Bring water & lunch or a snack. Access to the beach is down a long paved drive. There are frequently large logs on the beach.
