Join us at the VanDusen Gardens, 37th & Oak Street, Vancouver. The afternoon will start in the Cedar Room where Vancouver Natural History Society events were held in the past. Everyone will receive an armband that allows entry to the garden itself.  VanDusen staff will post directional signs to the Cedar Room, which is very close to the Oak Street side of the onsite parking (in the same building as the Floral Hall).

All attendees are asked to bring a little something to share (food, snacks) and hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
