Whistler Pemberton Area Small Group Camping/Hiking Trip
Camping at Whistler Olympic Park RV & Campground off Callaghan Rd.
Cost $40/night for a grassy campsite that can accommodate up to 4 adults in 3 small backpacking tents or two larger tents
Specific hikes still to be determined. Day hikes will average 8-12km in length with 300-500m of elevation gain.
Hikes will be at a moderate pace, but may include rough, steep, and muddy sections of trail.
Requirements for all participants are :
- A reasonably good degree of fitness plus recent hiking experience.
- Good balance and a reasonable head for heights.
- An easygoing, flexible and cooperative attitude.
