Come and experience the mindful all-senses immersion of forest bathing on a summer evening in Pacific Spirit Regional Park. And then use your calm space to create  a mandala (usually circular design to represent the earth) using natural materials collected in and near to Pacific Spirit Park. This EcoWALK experience runs from 6:30pm to 8:30pm on Sunday July 9th.

The meeting place for the EcoWALK is located at 4915 W 16th Ave, Vancouver. SEE MAP HERE . We will gather by the picnic tables beside the parking lot where all participants are required to sign-in for the EcoWALK. Two certified forest therapists, Tara Tiger Brown and Glee Deveraux, will lead the Forest Bathing portion of the EcoWALK experience, and graphic designer Paula Grasdal will lead the Forest Mandalas portion. Admission by donation (suggested $10 per person) with tea and snacks included.

The EcoWALK has a maximum of 20 participants and we ask that those who would like to join us please register via our Registration Form

Getting to this EcoWALK: Several buses run along  16th Avenue. There is a bike rack close to our meeting place.
