Join Janet Rozanski and Lyn Grants for a hike to Bowen Lookout in Cypress Provincial Park. The route takes us around the beautiful Yew Lake (an interpretive Yew Lake hike with Gail Ross is scheduled for July 26). We then start up a moderately steep rise and then down to Bowen Lookout. From the Lookout we have stunning views to a cluster of islands, including Bowen of course, Boyer, Gambier and Keats, and the Sunshine Coast. Close at hand and up close we will see Whiskey Jacks and Steller’s Jays. The pace will be moderate. The hike will take approximately  2 to  2 1/2 hours.
