Did you know Vancouver and surrounding area is home to 11 bat species? Bats are our primary nocturnal insectivore with individual bats consume up to 1000 insects per night. Bats are unique and interesting animals; drop by the South Coast Bat Conservation Society’s Bats station to learn more about bats and how you can help them, inside the Wild Things: The Power of Nature in Our Lives exhibition at the Museum of Vancouver.

This event is free with admission to the Museum. One of many weekly events in the exhibition Wild Things: The Power of Nature in Our Lives which is co-produced by Nature Vancouver and the Museum of Vancouver. This exhibition opens June 28, 2018 and is one of many celebrations of Nature Vancouver’s centenary.
