🌿 Fungi: A world of wonder beneath your feet – Paul Kroeger
This is a beginner’s introduction to what fungi are, what they do and why they are important to humans and to the world. This presentation explains why the fungi are a unique Kingdom of life, how they differ from plants and animals, and how they make a living. Their vital roles in ecosystems and in human affairs are discussed and described.
This presentation will be a hybrid of in-person and Zoom Video Conferencing. The in-person location will be as in past years the Unitarian Centre (Hewett Hall) at 949 w 49th ave in Vancouver. In-person attendees will be encouraged to wear masks and are expected to be vaccinated. In person audience will be limited to 40 attendees. Please RSVP to botany@naturevancouver.ca.
