Ildiko Szabo, Collections Curator of the Cowan Tetrapod Collection at UBC’s Beaty Biodiversity Museum, and Margery Fee, Emerita Professor of English at the University of British Columbia will be talking about their new released books: Kingfisher and Polar Bear. The books will be available for purchase in the Beaty Museum Gift Shop and authors will be signing after the talk.

Guest authors Daniel Justice and Rachel Poliquin will also be participating in the event and will be signing their books Badger and Beaver!

This is a 19+ event, please bring photo ID. Adults are invited to enjoy the cash bar, which includes red & white wine 🍷, beer 🍺, and non-alcoholic drinks. Appies and snacks will be provided.

This is not a Nature Vancouver event, but Ildiko Szabo is an active member of Nature Vancouver and the books are on topics likely to be of interest to members.
