About eight member participated in this outing on Saturday, 16 February, 2019. Al Grass filled in as the group leader for Adrian Grant Duff. It was cloudy with sunny breaks, the ground was covered with snow, and very slippery.

The highlight of the day was the great horned owl, the calls of the crows leading us to find the owl. We tallied about 20 species including great horned owl, bald eagle, horned grebe and downy woodpecker.
