TREES AND BIRDS OF JERICHO PARK – MARCH 21

TREES AND BIRDS OF JERICHO PARK – MARCH 21

When

21/Mar/2026
9:00 am - 11:00 am

Event Type

Jericho Park is an incredibly unique ecosystem in Vancouver. The combination of a pond, forest, grass fields, and meadows means it attracts a very diverse set of native and non-native species. On this walk we will be doing some tree and bird identification while discussing the interactions (both collaborative and competitive) between the two. This walk will be lead by Kha Nguyen and Ryan Regier. Kha is a Birder and Life Sciences PhD student who leads walks with the UBC Birding Club. Ryan is an amateur botanist and Librarian that volunteers with Nature Vancouver and Pacific Spirit Park Society.

Join us on Saturday, March 21st, from 9am – 11am. Walk location will be emailed out a few days before the walk, to those who register. Please register using this link.
