Common Merganser

Ly Hoang and Neill Vanhinsberg will lead a walk around the Fen exploring a mixture of habitats including hedgerows, small shrubby/wooded areas, marshes, and the Serpentine River looking for waterfowl, marsh birds, raptors, wintering ducks and geese, sparrows and maybe even some shorebirds.

All birders are welcome, including beginners.  The trails are mostly flat gravel or hard packed though some sections can be muddy. This walk will be 2½-3 hours and is limited to 15 participants.
