Leona Axbey and Maureen Collier will co-lead a walk in this area that will include tidal flats, marshes, meadows and forested areas. The walk will start at 9 AM and last approximately 2 hours. This is an easy walk on mostly level ground. There is an option to bring your lunch and eat together outdoors, weather permitting.
Various ducks, waterbirds, and migrants are seen here regularly, as well as some local characters such as otters, mink, and deer. Check out the latest sightings on ebird: https://ebird.org/hotspot/L164543?yr=all&m=&rank=mrec
