Hike to look for spring birds and flowers in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve from Rice Lake to Mid-Valley and back. This is a mostly fairly easy trail but with two steep uphill and downhill sections, and a total distance of approximately 16-18 km return. 

Pack lunch and plenty of water. Good footwear is required, and prepare for rainy or sunny conditions. This trip is limited to 12 participants; pre-register <billkinkaid@gmail.com>
