DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nGreen Heron\n\nJoin Sarah-Jane McAuley and Neill
  Vanhinsberg for a walk around the park checking the pond\, wooded area an
 d gardens for early spring migrants and resident birds. The walk will star
 t at 9 AM and last approximately 2+ hours. This is an easy walk on mostly 
 level ground with a few small hills. Trails are either paved or hard packe
 d. There will be a limited number of binoculars to lend out if you don’t
  have a pair.\n\nOur emphasis will be on finding and identifying birds fro
 m a beginner’s perspective then\, observing their behaviours. Questions

 \n\nPre-registration is required and the walk is limited to 15 participant

 Vancouver members will be given priority. Pay parking is available in the
  park but there is some free street parking in the area. There are bus sto
 ps close to the park. Meet up location will be sent with confirmations
