Join trip leaders Ly Hoang and Neill Vanhinsberg for a morning birding field trip to Deer Lake Park in Burnaby.  We will explore a mixture of habitats (hedgerows, small wooded areas, marsh, and the lake) looking for waterfowl, marsh birds, raptors, woodland birds and early migrants.

All birders are welcome from beginner to expert.  The trails are mostly flat and gravel covered  and there is a wooden boardwalk section. This walk will be about 3 hours as we plan to walk around the lake. The event is limited to 15 participants.
