Birding Tsawwassen Jetty
Join trip leaders Michelle Baudais and Harvey Dueck for a morning of birding along the Tsawwassen ferry jetty. The jetty is one of the most reliable places in the region to find western grebe and Brant geese, along with a variety of other waterfowl and shorebirds.
Trip rating is B3, as we will spend part of the time walking along a beach with some tripping hazards. The first part of the morning will be at a fixed location, which is accessible if you have mobility limitations.
Bring your binoculars and a spotting scope if you have one, as the birds can be distant.
