2026 Annual General Meeting and Volunteer Appreciation

The 108th Annual General Meeting of Nature Vancouver will be held on Thursday, April 23 at 7:00 pm, in person at the Unitarian Hewett Hall 949 West 49th Avenue (49th and Oak) Vancouver, and via online Zoom Video Conferencing (Zoom link will be emailed to all paid-up members on April 20th). Zoom access will be enabled at 6:50 pm for folks who wish to connect with fellow members and long-time friends. The meeting will start at 7:00 pm.

Doors will open at 6:30 pm and light refreshments will be available before the meeting. 

The short business session will be followed by a short video presentation by Ian Saar, and Annual Volunteer Awards and Scholarship presentations.

Nature Vancouver board can have up to a maximum of twelve Directors. Nominations from the floor are not allowed under the bylaws of Nature Vancouver. 

Nominations Received: Ten Directors are standing for election – John Martin, Donna Underhill, Elisa Kreller, Laura Cottle, Sheila Sakich, Kelvin Yip, Sunny Sun, Karolina Pol, Melissa Striepe and Nicholas Johnstone.
