🌿Minnekhada Regional Park Hike UPDATE

This moderately paced walk around the big marsh at Minnekhada Regional Park is 7 km long, about 200m elevation gain, and took us 4 hours last time (with another club). We’ll also take another side branch to the viewpoint over Addington Marsh.
We will skip the fairly steep side-trip to High Knoll which is closed due to bear activity.
Walking through beautiful woods and past the marsh, we’ll be looking for spring flowers, marsh plants, birds, …

Trip goes rain or shine. Dress for the weather including good boots or hiking shoes, and pack lunch and fluids. Driving time estimate 50 minutes from Vancouver.
