In the left hand bottom of the Home page, click on “Request new password”.
Enter your e-mail address (the one that is on Nature Vancouver membership list.)
Click on “e-mail new password”.
Immediately check your e-mail for an auto reply. It will have your user name and temporary password and a “one time use only” link that will direct you to a page where you can select a new password that you can remember. For security reasons this link expires after 24 hrs. You can still log in with the user name and password provided, and then select a new password from “My Account” link in the menu on the left hand column of the page after you log in.
You can use the above procedure any time if you forget your user name and / or password.
